JANUARY 21, 2006 The sun blessed us today with it's glorious rays and warmth. As you know, we've had nearly a month of rain! Though rain is not out of the ordinary here, especially at this time of the year; this was record breaking rain! But, construction never stopped at The Crest and the buidings are taking shape inside as well as outside.

2418 SUNDOWN COURT has the decks going on now. Inside the rooms are taking shape and the electrical and plumbing installations are happening.

2306 SUNDOWN COURT. The furtherest north building (near the forest) is coming along well and catching up with the other buildings. The views from this building are terrific!

The deer are still coming to the site. They are so tame, they come right up to the cars looking for "handouts".

The sun shining on the development just before "sundown" today. There is more going on than it looks. Inside the walls are framed and components of the great room and bathrooms are being built/installed.

The construction process is right "on track" for a early spring completion of the first building (at the south of the project).
