APRIL 23, 2006. Another beautiful day at The Crest!

Construction is moving along very well considering the unseasonably wet weather of late. Inside the buildings are a "bee hive".

Another beautiful day at The Crest!

The exterior of 2428 Sundown Court is looking more and more complete every day! The exterior is painted and the rock installed. Inside, sheetrocking and painting is underway.
Landscaping has also started with the creation of the pool areas for the large water feature.

The painting of the buildings has started with the building to the south end of the development. That building has been referenced in the past as 2418 Sundown Court. According to the City of Anacortes, this week, the address is now 2428 Sundown Court. So, from now on that will be the referred to address.

Also in the process of construction is the outside decks on the west side of the buildings. This building will have a sunroom added to the north side unit (F) as that owner has upgraded to that feature. It will be an outstanding unit and look!

Inside the buildings, the electrical and plumbing is being completed and some units are being sheetrocked.

The projected completion dates have been revised to Mid April to May 1 for the first building (2428 Sundown Court); May 15 to June 1 for the second building (2320 Sundown Court); and June 15 to July 1 for the last building (2306 Sundown Court).

Also in the works is a "sister development" by GT Development to be started in a couple of months. The Gardens will be located to the east of The Crest and will be comprised of 24 units. All will be single level homes (condominiums) in a four-plex type building. The second floor units will again be accessed by elevator. There will be six buildings around the circular drive. These are going to be very attractive "courtyard" homes of 2200 square feet to nearly 2700 square feet. The prices will be start in the $550,000 range.
