SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 25TH at The Crest.
Another beautiful day at The Crest! Construction of the building is moving along rapidly and the development is coming alive. During the week it's like a bee hive here! The third floor of the center building (2320) is being framed and the roof going on. The south building's(2418)second floor is taking shape and soon we'll have a third floor on this building.

THE CREST from Sundown Court. South Building (2418) and Center Building (2320) are really starting to come together. The quality of the construction has impressed even the most seasoned construction professionals who have visited the site.

NORTH BUILDING (2306 Sundown Court) is coming along. The parking garage level is taking shape and now we can see where the first floor will be! (That's the Center Building you are looking at from the garage level of the North Building.)

TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 2005
Today was the first time I was able to walk up the stairs to the second floor of 2418 Sundown Court (South Building). Once there, I couldn't help but take photos of the sun setting over the water. It was a great way to end the work day!

SEPTEMBER 18, 2005 at The Crest

Fall is in the air, but, the sun shone brightly at The Crest, Sunday, September 18th. The trusses for the roof of the center building are now visible. The first building as you drive into the development shows the beginnings of the second floor; and the third building (not visible) is being brought up and has the garage level now being built.

There are still some penthouse units available as well as some 2nd floor and 1st floor units. Buyers commiting to purchase prior to completion have the advantage of choosing from many amenities available.

TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 13, 2005 at The Crest

Sun was setting in the West when I took these photos. The deer have come up for their evening meal. Now the 3rd floor is going on the center building and the second floor on the south building. The north building is not yet visible, but is coming along with the garage level going in now.

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 3, 2005: It was a beautiful Saturday at the development site. The second floor of the center building is now accessable by the roughed in stairs. The south building (2418) is now accessable to the first floor.

There was a lot of "water traffic" today. Ferries taking visitors to Victoria and the San Juan Islands; barges carrying goods to somewhere else in the world. And, of course, there were recreational boats cruising the waters, sightseeing and some fishing!

There are many visitors to the site now that it is more obvious there is "something happening" here!
