October 27th at The Crest........
Roof is now on both the Center Building and the South Building. The workers are now starting to prepare the buildins for siding. And, the sound board is being installed in the wall between units in the Center Building.

The North Building is catching up to the other two!

SEPTEMBER 20, 2005 at THE CREST
It's late in the day and the sun is hiding behind the clouds overhead. The North Building is coming along very quickly. The second floor has been started and the walls are up. The Center Building is ready for the siding to be installed; and the South Building is getting the roof completed.

The "sister development", The Gardens, was approved by the City Council last week and plans are being made to start construction on that project in the near future. (More to come on that in later postings.)

OCTOBER 11, 2005 at the site. A beautiful morning and the construction crew is busy completing the roof on the south building and bringing along the north building. By the end of the week, the first floor walls will be up on this building!

The South Building is catching up with the Center Building quickly! The 3rd floor is on and the roof will be started soon. The weather was quite beautiful today. Fall smells were in the air and the wind had a bit of a chill to it. But, the sun was shining and the views were beautiful!

Come and see us on the weekends from 1:00 pm to 5:00 PM. And, weather permitting, we are open from 5:00 pm to dusk Tues through Fri.
