Beautiful Day at The Crest!

The first building (2418 Sundown Court) is getting the siding installed. The window openings are being covered to protect the workers and the interior work from the weather. (It's been cold and wet lately!)

It was a beautiful fall day in Anacortes today! And, as you can see, there are now three buildings topping the crest of the hill at Sunset Cove overlooking Rosario Strait. The third building now has all three floors up and the roof nearly done.

The first building on the street, 2418 Sundown Court, is getting the siding installed. Later it will be painted.

There is lots of work going on inside. The kitchen area soffits and fireplace platform in the great room are evolving and the space is becoming more defined.

With the coming of daylight savings, we have changed the hours our sales staff are on the site to 12:00 noon to dusk on the weekends. Weather permitting, we are also on site Wednesdays through Fridays in the afternoon.
