Two of the buildings at The Crest are done and there are now six occupying owners. There are five more units sold and being completed. Expected occupancy for all is by November.

The remaining six units available are in various stages of construction. Two remain available for buyers to choose their interior finishes.


Prices range from $699,000 to $969,000. The one remaining top floor unit is priced at $969,000. And there is a second floor unit for $819,000.

The model unit is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm. Monday through Thursday showings can be arranged by appointment.
